Steen Ergonomic Electric Guitars
The first models back in 2013 were known as the "Genesis" until 2015 when the Genesis 2 models were introduced and Genesis switch to Custom Shop. Differentiating the production of the two models. The Gen 2 using Korean finished bodies and necks instead of the time consuming hand finishing the Custom Shop used.

2018 Production moved from California to Oregon. Guitars are sold through dealers.

2025 Shawn sells off remaining inventory online and guitars are no longer sold through dealers.

Custom Shop (Genesis)
Hand satin finished standard but 9 gloss models were made. 2 models made with Aluminum tops. Only 56 made.
Gen 2 Alder Semi-Hollowbody
Violin Sunburst. Limited Edition, only 8 will be made
Split labor models with Korean finished necks and bodies to hit a lower price point. Pick ups and hardware are the same as Custom Shop. The only real difference is labor costs and come with a gig bag instead of hard case. Limited to only 44 made.
Generation 2 (Gen 2)
Limited Edition, black metallic with tortoise pick guard. Only 7 will be made.

Limited to Special Orders, only 2 were made with chrome hardware. 2 with Black hardware and Deathbucker Pick ups. Sold Out

Limited Edition, black metallic with all black hardware and Deatbucker Pick ups. Only 4 were made. Sold Out
Many custom variations have been done with pick guards made from carbon fiber and hand carved wood to custom gloss car paints.
